Simply a Christian who leans politically to the left, and is not so fundamentalistic in their belief. Those who stormed the Capitol buildning were clearly part of the American Christian Fundamentalistic Extreme Right Wing, and many were into Nazi ideology.

Nothing about Ted Nugent is Christian. Sorry, but he just isn't. No matter how much you want to make that claim, there just isn't. Silly claims like this is what makes us discount your Christian Nationalist boogeyman mantra.
What’s a “Catholic school survivor”?
Never heard of such a term.
I went through such a school system, as did my parents, siblings and my own children.
The Catholic Church were not complicit in war crimes, they were pretty much powerless to stop the Nazi regime.
The Nazis themselves were not affiliated with any Christian denomination or religion.
I had religion beaten into me from 1st thru 8th grades. That and non stop reminders how I'd burn in hell for not attending mass, not having my hands perfectly together for prayers, being beaten and humiliated in front of the class for the slightest infraction, and worse. Yeah, I survived this and flatout reject every last bit of the so-called "christian values" imposed by force. Standing by and doing nothing makes the church complicit in war crimes in my opinion. Believe their lies if you want, i had my eyes opened early in my life
The Crusaders called themselves Christian also. They used force to convert folks or they would kill them. What folks say or what belt buckles they wear does not mean anything.
The Crusaders were Christians. So were the Muslims they fought - who would use force to convert folks or they would kill them.
This was standard knowledge until 9/11 when telling the truth about Muslims became "Islamophobic".
There is a lot of good stuff to admire in Islam. It also has it's negative side, and part of that is their naked agression which precipitated what we call the Crusades.
And, there were bad Crusaders as well.
It was a complicated and nuanced conflict.
Christainty and Islam are two branches off the same tree. I think they should both be subjected to the free market of ideas equally.
