No. I'm white myself. Why would I have anything against my own race? It just seems to be that most fanatical Christians in America tend to be caucasian and often baptists from the deep south. I've also heard that stoning of women is common practice amongst certain baptist sects and cults.

This is why I refuse to call myself white. I'm a Swede and no way am I getting lumped in with the Finnish or worse:shudder, the Norwegians...ew.

There is a guy at work who is half Swedish and half Norwegian. How does that even happen?

Finns are Lutheran. Lutherans tend to be quite moderate in their belief, and nowadays more and more people especially the younger generation tend to be atheists or agnostics.

I can't find any stoning incidents in America during modern times. Do you have any reliable sources for the claim?
