It's beautiful. I tried to figure out who inspired that song and it turns out he wrote it about the Holocaust.

He did have a muse. Here's what he wrote upon finding out she had days to live.

Oh yes, one of my favorites — but never have seen it live —thanks!
Here’s the words to it —Sorry if I’m overdoing it….

Dance me to your beauty with a burning violin
Dance me through the panic 'til I'm gathered safely in
Lift me like an olive branch and be my homeward dove
Dance me to the end of love, dance me to the end of love

Oh let me see your beauty when the witnesses are gone
Let me feel you moving like they do in Babylon
Show me slowly what I only know the limits of
Oh dance me to the end of love, dance me to the end of love

Dance me to the wedding now, dance me on and on
Dance me very tenderly and dance me very long
We're both of us beneath our love, we're both of us above
Dance me to the end of love, dance me to the end of love

Dance me to the children who are asking to be born
Dance me through the curtains that our kisses have outworn
Raise a tent of shelter now, though every thread is torn
Dance me to the end of love

Dance me to your beauty with a burning violin
Dance me through the panic till I'm gathered safely in
Touch me with your naked hand or touch me with your glove
Dance me to the end of love, dance me to the end of love
Dance me to the end of love

I can share a story that I figure you would not believe. In exiting my old life. When I was lifted up from a very extreme low. I was asking God questions and receiving answers for a week, and then I asked for a sign and was given a sign. I asked for another sign and God went silent.

What I had went through was so bad that I had to get out of town. During that week I went to a travel agent and booked a cruise on the next ship out and paid cash. The travel agent said that on such short notice I would have to pick up all my tickets at each step along the way. I said; fine. She calls me the next day and says this just does not happen, I have your complete ticket package sitting on my desk.

On the ship, someone who was seated at my dining table said he booked his cruise two weeks in advance and had to pick up all his tickets at each stop.

I had a dream that woke me up the morning of my departure at the exact time my alarm clock went off. It was a dream of warning. When I got on the ship they issued a card for making purchases on the ship, mainly used for drinks...in other words alcoholic beverages. The 4-digit number on my card was 6660... God's silence remained throughout the trip.

Here are two excellent old songs you might not have ever heard. Mamma's Pride "Blue Mist" and "She's A Stranger To Me Now" a song he wrote going through a divorce. Strong lyrically and instrumentally.

I have the song "Hallelujah" sung by a few artists in my music library. The one I'm listening to now is by John Cale. Beautiful piece...

A friend of our family who just recently passed used to tell a story about how he got delayed trying to make it to the airport to catch a flight he had previously booked. He was too late and missed the flight that he later learned crashed. Everyone on board perished in the crash. That is the kind of story that has made many a person religious, but he died a non-religious man despite a few amazing stories that would make most people believers...
