What plan do religions have if life on other planets is discovered? Do we throw the Bible out and start over? Is it fair to convert a “whole new world”? Thoughts?
Probably the same as humans have always done. Some fanatics will try to convert the aliens, and some humans will adapt to the alien's religion.
Provided of course that the aliens don't just put us into pens to fatten up and eat us all. You are assuming that contact will be friendly and that is an awfully big assumption.
Problem is that alien UFOs are all unseen spirit which come and go with ease through the physical plane of the earth ...... With so much unbelief in the Living God people have failed in their understanding of spirits that are living in the realm which sees UFO are spirits which are the fallen angels that God rejected, and even if you examined the facts these UFOs are equipped with a metallic protection these are indeed spirit as the UFO can disappear in thin air and dive into the ocean and cause NO wake in entering and leaving which could have overturned ships close by but left with NO wake in water and air which proves that they are spirit of a different realm of space ..... This UFO can go out into outer space but tend to stay close to the earth because of the isolation of outer space........... With the living God rejects UFOs as His enemies in the spirit and can rip them out of their location with ease when faith is exercised ...... So God and religion will be around long after UFO are removed from the earth by God is God's plan

I would expect Christianity (for example) to adapt itself in some way, just as it adapted to heliocentrism or other discoveries that made the earth less the center of the universe and the sole stage upon which the cosmic drama plays out on.
To hear some fundamentalists caterwaul in revulsion at the notion, though, you would think the discovery of alien sentience would be an existential threat to Christianity. Young earth creationists are actively trying to get out in front of any such developments, and have theories ready to debunk it (e.g., that any biological life discovered elsewhere in the solar system must have been panspermia from the cataclysm of the Flood; that we do not just have a young earth, but a young universe; etc)

I didn't know that God had any plans for UFOs, or that they were fallen angels?
In any event, I do not see science and religion as mutually exclusive as some fundamentalists might, so the possibility of UFOs and alien life is always on the cards and cannot be ruled out.
These alien beings may not even be made of the same biochemicals as we are.
The only thing I am dubious about is the ability of such aliens to survive intergalactic travel, and for long enough periods to arrive on a planet like this.
I suppose in some ways this is similar to atheists not believing that Christ could possibly have been raised from the dead?
I don't as a Christian have a problem with life elsewhere in the universe and am hoping that life, even if it's only simple life, is discovered before I die.
Some "religions" openly state that there are millions of inhabited worlds. Bible is not the only and the final say on it.
The Puranas describe a universe teeming with a variety of life. This goes against the notion that our human race is the only sentient life in space. In the Bhagavad gita it is said that living beings are sarva-gataḥ — they are everywhere. As consciousness, not matter, is the fundamental building block of all existence, it makes sense that conscious life would be found all over the universe.
