meh I think it would be a similar issue to finding a new heart or a new kidney. Take a ticket and wait for some compatible fool driving a bike without a helmet. The waiting line might be huge though because we would need to find a perfectly healthy but braindead body.

You really believe that the (filthy) rich will be stopped by a waiting line?

Nothing stops the filthy rich but luckily most people, even rich ones aren't so above everyone else. Really its the same issue as having a new kidney but with the whole body instead of just 1 organ.

And who do you think are buying the illegal donor organs?
I mean it is just like adopting children; illegally adopted children go to the filthy rich families who can pay lotsa $ for the illegal bribes so they don't have to wait.

And I'm saying that its not an issue of it price but rather availability

But isn't it true that the more money you offer, the more readily things become available?
That the more money you have, the easier it is to grease the wheels so you'll eventually get whatever it is you are after.
Besidez, a body (or any other donor organ) isn't as hard to acquire as a cure to cancer, which is more a problem of time & research instead of just money & availability.
