so if we compare these informations with mohammed saying , we will find saying of mohammed (pbuh) more accurate than scientist because he said

scientist discovered that the fly have the cure in her surface generally and they extracted it by drowning the flies , but did they knew that ailment is in one wing and the cure in the other one !!!!!!!

yes it is miracle but it might justified scientifically because the word knowledge was mentioned

the idea is to put each atom in its correct place

but you are right the pizza is not good example but i think it is easy place the atoms of a pencil in its correct place.

Regarding miracles, if one knew how to teleport and object then it wouldn't be a miracle. Miracles are for people who do not understand the process, once the process is figured out then the miracle disappears.
