But here's one more possibility: matter is eternal, and it is actually incorrect to use the phrase "before the universe..." The same that you would say about your god.
To expand on this point, if time and matter were created at the big bang, matter can be both eternal (existing for all time) and also created by something - the big bang in this case. As with your other examples I've got no idea if this is true, but it highlights the problem of putting common sense pop-philosophy ideas ("law" of cause and effect) into areas where common sense simply doesn't apply.

What CAUSED the big bang? Your logic: Nothing + Nothing = Something

Science is basically defined as knowledge. How is it possible to have knowledge without applying rules of logic? Your assertion of the application of "common sense pop-philosophy" is absurd and ridiculous.
By the way, it's the "Law of Causality" not "Cause and Effect."
I think it's pretty obvious that all the nonsense resides with the atheist and agnostic world view.
It depends on what type of religious person you ask. One standard answer for "cause" of universe (and everything else) is "die on cross for the savior of sins". Stupidities, that is.

It's pretty obvious you're a troller who just wants to start crap with atheists. The OP has been done with for a very long time.
Two things...The Op is false, and atheists and agnostics are welcome in this forum...It is the religion and philosophy forum...Your statement that all nonsense resides with the agnostic/atheist world view looks to me like an intentional flaming post, and is also false.....The religious believe in way more than their share of nonsense.
Atheists deny religions, but that's related to religious matter. Therefore, they should be here.
I'm fine with atheists being here. However, if the "troller" title fits anyone, it would be the one who first made the charge.
