WRONG. Lots of living organism do nothing for plants. Things like Riftia tube worms. No interaction on any scale with Plants. All of the viruses that infect plants do them no good. All of the deep sea vent bacteria have NO service to plants. They do not utilize oxygen produced by plants or energy produced by plants.
Tomb worms break down matters of the flesh to mix in with the soils..which services plants...Killing plants makes compost for more plants via making soil..so plants can live...
Virus and bacteria...not only kill but protect certain things...if something dies of virus or bacteria...it is then consumed via other living things...to decay that death back into its elemental parts...
Water services Life..Sun services Life...Earth service Life and death...but death is not suppose to be with certain living things...it is only because of an error made by supposed Humankind onto one of a kind living tree or plant..told not to touch...as God, I assumedly assume was waiting for the seed of its fruit to make more like it...because they ate the fruits completely, they caused a death of something that was not suppose to die....and so corruption was created by that act...in the whole chain of life...and they turned against us or fear us now...
