Holla if ya hear me.

Seriously who is out there that can relate to me? Are you getting sick and tired of people referring to God as "Heavenly Father", or "Our Father" or the latest "Daddy". God is not a person, it is simply a term used for the feeling of pure love.

I'm so ready for the divine feminine to lead us out of this conflicted, war based, isolated society we call humanity. The patriartical phase has run it's course, moving on from the old and into the new, the future looks so very bright.

I'm with ya. We're still moving beyond mytho-rational archetypes as a society (such as a belief that there's a guy sitting up there and he has a bunch of rules we have to follow from a book or else) and moving into the the full consciousness (whereas we begin to replace the concept of "God" with "Life" and become little Gods all on our own.

I don't think we need to swing over to divine feminine - that'd be just as destructive as what we have.

We just need a balance between the sacred feminine and masculine energies.

Gods of any pantheon are human creations to explain the unexplainable and hold dominion over the masses. Thats all.

"love"? No.

Think about it: you have to knee down for him everyday in a uncomfortable position for the rest of your life, and if you miss one thing he said (well, other people put words in his mouth), you will end up in "hell". And he has mystical fire and ice in the hell that can cause physical ultimate itch and pain.

You call that "love"? I call it SOB.

The Bible shows us that Jesus Christ is God, and the Bible also tells us that before Christ returns, perilous times will come. The prophecies of the Bible are being fulfilled before our eyes. And this present world offers us few reasons to be very optimistic for the near future. As millions of Americans are losing their jobs, our government is finding new ways to borrow trillions of dollars that Americans will never be able to pay back.
In the future, there will be no money for things we have always taken for granted. Mired down in debt, America is soon going to face a new reality.

What do political spending habits have to do with religion? Those are human decisions, often based on a vote or involving the hands of many.

This thread is interesting.

Rather than consider the OP's idea, those who deny any sort of force or presence beyond the physical reduce all concepts of "God" to the cliche "man on a cloud demanding worship" and reduce interpretations of God down to the most radical.

Others fulfill that cliche, believing they have all the answers in their interpretation of God and insist that they are right because a book tells them. Giving up on protecting life on our planet in anticipation of the rapture, they try to attribute a political affiliation to God because they insist on creating an image of God that reflects their own beliefs and ideologies.

Neither side is willing to see the shortcomings of their own worldview or to test new (actually very old) ideas as the OP's. Thus, we are relegated to division and fear.

How many Christians think God has a penis and testicles?

Well the Bible speaks of America. And Christians in the 1970s spoke of America's coming destruction by Russia. Yet, they stated before America's destruction, we would first have a time of peace with Russia, China, and Eastern Europe. And sometime after that peace, there would be an economic collapse here in America, and around the world. The Bible states, that American cities will be destroyed in one hours time. The prophecies of the Bible, and what Christians have wrote in books in recent times, appear to agree. I might also point out, that according to the Bible, shortly before America's destruction, the Jewish people will of returned from a worldwide exile, and they will be in control of the land of Israel, and the city of Jerusalem.

The Bible never once uses the word "America".

...and to that point, which America? South America? Latin America? Mexicans? Canadians? We're only the United States, not America. So, it's rather ambiguous.
