According to the Scriptures, whoever gives their life to Jesus Christ, will inherit eternal life.

Even Christ asked the question while He was still alive here on earth. "How shall they neglect so great a salvation?''

The sacrifice of Jesus is not necessary

The nowadays Christianity is not that brought by Jesus about 2000 years ago; its principles are completely different from all the heavenly religions which essentially are based on glorifying and worshipping God Almighty alone.

Their doctrines are not based on any logic, other than they say it is written in our books; and we believe, and it is our faith.

See this point that has been discussed by some posters here:

God is the Most Forgiving, He forgives all sins (other than the associting patrons with Him); so why doesn't He forgive the repenting when he repents and asks forgiveness?

And why should He send His son (as do they call him) to be killed, and then and not any other time He should forgive them: only after His dear son is killed, and after their hands have been painted with his blood?

Moreover, why should he send His beloved son at this time, not later or earlier; and what for? What is the fault of the humanity before or after him?

This obviously indicates the message of Jesus has been distorted by the hand of Saul: Paul and others; and the later generations followed blindly what has been written in their distorted books.

Moreover, if they had been forgiven by his sacrifice, as do they call it, then why did he say to them: Woe to you, woe to you?

This is in the Quran 3: 18
أَوَمَن يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ

The explanation:
(Or [has God taken the Christ for Himself as a son;] he to whom they form [statues] for ornament? But the one [who claims the Christ to be son of God] is unable to give any clear proof in the dispute.)

Unless its a a non-fiction/historical narrative I would not take it as having an authentic historical source. I like to watch shows on PBS, History channel, national geographic channel etc. It also depends on what you call historical sources.

movies wouldn't be a historical source.

You are on a slippery slope when you call for proofs for anything in the Bible or Quran. None of it can be proven for the most part.

Both Christianity and Islam have demonized that which they don't agree with and demonized those people who were first written about in the bible.

Instead of putting your efforts into telling folks they are wrong. Follow your religion. Be the best person you can be. Give to those in need, feed the hungry, house the orphan. Live in peace with your neighbor. Make the world a better place and that is what God wants of us.

Because you will find that in Judaism, Islam and Christianity their is a common thread that is apparent in all 3 religions.

There is an ayat in your Quran that says: The Sabian, Jew and Christian if they believe in God, and the last days they will have no fear.

All the Torah, the Gospel and the Quran were from God

God revealed the Torah to Moses and the prophets, the Gospel to Jesus and the Quran to Mohammed: to be guidance and light to all humanity.

God sent His apostles including Moses, Jesus and Mohammed to save people from the darkness of the idolatry to the light of guidance and devotion to God alone and to live in peace without transgressing on each other and to be just and kind to each other.

But some posters here, on purpose, mix things in a cunning way: e.g. if one tells them the Quran is true, they say to him: What about 11/9 ; so what has brought 11/9 to our discussion?

In fact they use such cunning to stop people from telling the truth about the Glorious Quran and that all of the Quran is the First Commandment and related to the First Commandment that God is One without associate.

So I tell such people: Malignant men desist from such wickedness; I have nothing to do with such things like 11/9 or 12/10: I only discuss the Torah, the Gospel and the Quran. And all these heavenly books were from God Almighty.

To me, I think those who do such violence: killing innocent people and those who exploit it are only the intelligence of some Western countries in order to impede the progress of the Quran and to confuse people; lest they should know the truth about the Glorious Quran: so they make the picture distorted before their eyes lest they should convert to the Islam religion.

Therefore, I shall not reply to any wicked that use such words as 9/11, terrorism etc, and ascribe that to the Islam religion; because such wicked person is in fact trying to let the poster fear and so to stop speaking about the Glorious Quran.

I consider Jesus as a Jew who lived 2000+ years ago. Not a prophet or a God but a man.

The Tanakh,New Testament, Quran were written down by man who were inspired by God. Muslims who have been radicalized have committed horrible atrocities in the name of God. That is a fact not a fiction. And all Muslims who want peace and an end to violence need to rise up and look into the reality of the violence. You as a Muslim ought to be taking a look at the reasons of the violence and stop blaming the west. Muslims ought to be horrified at the violence coming from Islam instead blaming it all on everyone except Muslims. Islam is not being blamed because folks want to discredit the Quran. We who have been attacked and 3000+ killed on 9/11 were innocents. The problem lies with Muslims who insist its a scheme to somehow distort the Quran. Islam needs to look inward at itself and STOP blaming everyone else for its violence.

9/11 wasn't in inside Job by the usa or done by Jewish people, it was done by radicalized Muslims who believed they had the only truth and that all others who believe differently needed to die. Its as simple as that. And there are voices out there who call for balance in the blame game but posts like yours make it difficult.
