Question: Is it still a sin if you did something "sinful", but feel no guilt about it?

Yes. So long as you knew it was wrong and did it anyway.

So an atheist having premarital sex is not sinning if he believes its not wrong?

Ok, so let me ask you this: If you and your family are starving, you have no money for food. In order to feed your family you need to do something "sinful", like steal food? I know, it's one of those questions.....

Sure, the discerning reader can see that the original question answers itself, or contains the answer.

My interpretation of "sinful" (see the quotes in the original post). Can be taken to be as one of the following:
  1. Something others feel is sinful.
  2. Something a book views as sinful.
  3. Something the individual sees as sinful.
For 1: If I feel that eating cows meat is sinful; does that mean someone else is sinning when they do?
For 2: If a book says eating cows meat is sinful; does that mean someone is sinning when they do?
For 3: If I feel guilty eating cows meat; does that mean I'm actually committing a real sin? What makes it a sin in the first place? Where does the line between feeling guilt and sinning crossed?

So I don't see how the answer is in the question.
