That is the only criteria neccessary, or even possible, in determining who is a Christian, especially considering the thousand plus sects of Christianity existant today.

Actually no...they don't believe the deity of Christ. They believe he is a created being. Their idea of the nature and identity of God is much different than Biblical Christianity.
They deny some basic fundamental truths of Christianity regarding salvation, the Trinity and others. Go ask one if they consider the Baptists down the street to be equal to them.

All Souls' Day. It's celebrated by that small, lesser-known sect, the Roman Catholic Church.
I'd argue the "purely Christian" description, though. I'd be more likely to call it syncretic.
Honestly, I don't care. If I recall correctly though, it was Paul that established an actual church. My initial post to you was in reference to you saying that Halloween (along with Christmas) is a Christian holiday. If it is, why aren't there religious services for Halloween? Inquiring minds want to know.
