Of course, many banned members come back in new incarnations, so in that case, the banned member COULD respond, but you wouldn't know it was them because their name is different.

You've been here how long and you didn't know that people could be banned? Members are banned every day on City-Data, but for the most part, they are spammers or other scammers/phishers.

Trivia moment: The forum with the most spammers appears to be "Diet and Weight Loss". I think there's at least one new "member" every day showing up with a miracle weight loss product. They usually pretend to be just posting and sharing information, but there's always something for sale.
Yes, I've been here long enough to understand people can be banned and as such I was confused by the comment(s) suggesting a banned member could be commenting. So I asked if I was missing something...

Also of course, "new incarnations" can come along, rise from the dead and comment again. How would we know? Funny. Sometimes I can tell who is commenting without even reading their moniker as I suspect those who have been around long enough can recognize mine...

Not all art that depicts the human body is porn. Beauty, and porn, is in the eyes of beholder. Or may be in the brain.

Life is about experiences. Living to your fullest capability. You can fly

Millions of people do it every day.

You are a spirit in a disposable shell & you can fly in & out of your shell at any time you wish. The Bible is written by various people, many of whom were taken out of their bodies as spirits & taken to see the heavens & God etc.
The last book in The Bible is written by a man who flew in & out of his body like a jack in a box.

Their lives shape what we are. They shaped what truth is & how we live our lives.

So astral travel or out of body flight is one of the basic underlying principles of our lives, that millions of people do enjoy.

Some people are as thick as bricks or led in opposite directions. They cannot understand things like spirituality. It just does not compute in their brains.
Life is about experience. You can fly if you want to. Our civilisation is shaped by men who do. Would you turn your back on spirituality to spite the authorities like religion, & in so doing deny yourself "Flight"?

You miss out on the best that life has to offer when you turn your back on spirituality

What? You trying to explain there is art out there depicting the human body that is NOT porn? I might have to have another look at Michelangelo's David with a whole new perspective!

That was mostly a joke that I guess didn't go over too well, but sometimes I think porn is highly reliant on "comically large breasts and genitalia." Not that I've ever seen any mind you! What I've heard. That's the part of the comment I was alluding to anyway.

No doubt it's past time for me to sign off from this forum again today. No doubt about it...

Then consider yourself lucky.

There's 10s of Millions of Americans who need to meditate, or listen to certain music or sounds, or play with their Baoding balls or get spiritual to achieve what comes natural to you. It's just one of several techniques for grounding.

2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth such an one caught up to the third heaven.

3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth

4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory,

Here we have Paul The Apostle glorifying a person whom he knew was quite possibly lifted out of his body & taken to Heaven. And while in Heaven he heard knowledge that it is not permitted to speak! He heard forbidden knowledge. Words that the priests will stone you for if you speak them. Yet the person heard them in Heaven.

One would think all things from Heaven are sacred & must be shared with the world? But no. That is not the case. You can gain knowledge in Heaven that religion is not allowed to know about. And Paul The Apostle envies such a man. He lifts the man far above himself & praises him.

So my dear friends or enemies, whatever the case may be, "Spirituality", wherewith you leave your body & travel with the Angels of God to Heaven, & hear forbidden knowledge, 'is above Christianity! It is above the religion that Paul The Apostle was logged into. For he praised the man who was lifted above the religion & learnt things that the religion forbade.

This is what I have found also. Most of the knowledge God gives to me is forbidden. I cannot even write about it on any forums. I have to dumb things down & write at a very simplistic level just to be permitted to speak.

Anyway, so Paul The Apostle whom i imagine was one of the main characters in Christianity "Praised the spiritual man who was able to travel out of his body & gain forbidden knowledge!

So that should be a lesson to the simple minded religious sheep who simply obey blindly & never think for themselves. If you rise above that mindset & travel out of your body to Heaven as is your right, & gain secret forbidden knowledge, then the high priest of religion will glorify you from his grave or from heaven, wherever he dwells now

All dreams are from God. Many people who become awake in the dream state, or in the astral planes, think they are developing a spiritual power of their own. Then one day when they are in the dream lands, or astral planes etc, 'Satan or God appear, & then the novice realises he/she is out of his/her depth & is not the one in control of things after all.

So it's essential to know that God is the one in control of all dreams & visions, astral journeys & visitations etc. If you don't know God is in control then you'll be afraid sooner or later when things start to get real.

Spirituality existed long before organized religion existed and will exist long after the demise of organized religion.

People were spiritual long before people created gods to worship, too.

Naturally, organized religion will lie and claim they have a monopoly on spirituality because they want converts and adherents to drink their Kool-aid®.

People have always felt a need to connect with something, you know, like "soul-mates." Some people like to connect with the woods. I do, but I prefer the sea. I sail. When I'm in Sarasota, I go out on the sandbars at dusk when the skates come in to feed. They swim all around, right between my legs, and I can grab onto them and they'll pull me through the water. It's fun. Sometimes dolphins come in, but I've never been able to get close to any.

Some people connect to nature through their art.

I suppose you would claim that some people use spiritually to connect to god, but that's not spirituality, that's slavery.

I would hope you could see the difference.
