If you believe - or entertain, as I do - the conceptual possiblity that Nature rules, do you believe in multiple forces or a singular "Ruler"?

Please briefly explain. I've seen the singular theory (briefly) but have no way of comprehending that contention. I don't think I can be swayed to the singular position. Could there be any "dogmas" to base these beliefs on?

This thread has nothing to do with theist doctrines or "Scripture". If you feel compelled to quote "Scripture" or "doctrine" - PLEASE keep it to a 2 sentence minimum, to be fair to non-scriptural quoters, based on TOS limitations for quotes.
