So we have:
1. Religious dude
2. He is poor
3. He is a robber
4. His mom is also religious (and poor)
5. He is very stupid (praying with victim, robbing)
6. Should I mention race or you will call me a racist?
Everything come together, ha?
oops I forget "power of prayer" duh.
Fact is that poor and uneducated love religion and violence.
