Hence why I mentioned open sores being involved. I believe Anal sex has greater risk of causing injuries/bleeding. I didn't make this up to be anti-gay, I think I read it in Science Daily or some such.

I was merely correcting a common mistaken belief, Thomas, there was much misinformation when HIV/AIDs first became a "legitimate" concern in this country (ie effecting people outside of subcultures).
Anal sex doesn't enjoy any more of a danger catagory than any other type of sex.
Hmm, how to state this without getting in trouble...
"baby making sex" holds the same exact amount of danger, as blood pathogens are found in each and every bodily fluid. Sores and cuts have nothing to do with the concern.

I have also heard this, and I'm pretty sure it was a credible source, since I don't waste time reading in-credible sources.
If First Corinthians 6:9-11 is right it says that is what some of you WERE so are we going to call God a liar? We all sin in various ways despite our attempts not to...even Christians. God says for Christians to be holy as God is holy. Maybe gay people can't change who they are attracted to. God says that is what they were...what He meant by that I am not sure. Other sins were listed there too. Are we saying that if we commit those sins in the future we are not changed as God said? Where are faith and repentance and obedience in society today? We go by only what we SEE and what we FEEL. We should go with what the Bible says about us...that we honor our bodies that were bought with a price. That means no sexual sin...homosexuality, lust...gay or straight, no sex outside of marriage. No divorce without Biblical grounds...and even those are not determinant that divorce SHOULD take place...only that it is permissable.

Not doubting your word here...but how did you find all that? All of it seems ridiculous to us. I assume so anyway. A lot of what is in the Bible seems ridiculous. I suppose the idea of Christ coming to die for our sins seems ridiculous to many people too. I for one don't understand how that works...only that God said it did. Call me ignorant if you like, but I don't think these things listed wipe out what the Bible says about sexual sin.
