Just for the sake of argument, let's accept that there is this super natural being(s) who created the heavens and the earth, but which narrative is the correct narrative?

So, what is the supporting evidence that the Abrahamic narrative is more factually sound than the Chinese Pan Gu narrative, or the Maori Io, the African narrative of Bumba or any of the other hundreds, if not thousands of divine creation narratives?

The Ancient Egyptian myth. "Stargate" proves it makes the best basis for sci-fi entertainment.

All of these explanations are "stories" as you described it and none of them are true because stories are merely man made fiction often referred to as mythology.

You naysayers, begone! I banish thee from the thread, for this is a thread for believers the purpose of which is to allow those believers to make their pitch as to the evidence supporting their particular narrative.

I prefer the creation story where the universe is created after the creator got hold of a bad burrito

That's fine but you should have stated that in your OP and also posted it in the Christianity subforum because the Religion and Philosopher forum is for everyone including naysayers like myself. But that's fine, I won't post on this thread now that I've been banished.

Would that be Bumba, who sickened by millions of years of solitude, not a bad burrito, threw up the universe?

Not exactly intelligent design, more like intestinal, whose nine vomited creatures went on to evolve and populate the earth?

That works for me.

BUMBA : The deity from African Mythology

Why would I post this in the Christianity forum when the question is addressed to all theist?
