They got teeth as needed while they were yet counted "young". Even today, there are genetic throwbacks to that beginning, and people have grown third sets of teeth.

Diet and excercise. the people of the Bible days ate much better than we eat today. they didn't eat cows, hogs, and birds everyday, they mostly ate nuts, fruits and berries.

Do you seriously believe that, even if you put your new-borns on a Jellystone diet they'd make it much beyond age 100?

It's common sense.

with all the slaughterhouses in the world today, people are eating more meat. that's just the facts. and they are dying much earlier because of it. if you don't believe that then you're just not informed.

It's in the Bible. Genesis. read it. all of it.

Then why aren't vegetarians and vegans living to be at least 150- 200?

Ridiculous. Do you even live on Earth?

While vegetarians do have slightly longer average life spans, it's no where near hundreds of years over everyone else. More like 3 to 6 years.

And even that requires Western advances in medicine to realize.

Yes, it rained on the earth before the flood. The same water cycle existed before the flood as after, and has from the beginning and will for all eternity, in the regenerated heavens and earth.
There was even a flood before the flood of Noah, that destroyed one third of the earth -BTW: there was only one continent until after the fall of the tower of Babel, as ancient written history states.
Quote:
Book of Jasher, chapter 2
  1. And it was in the hundred and thirtieth year of the life of Adam upon the earth, that he again knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bare a son in his likeness and in his image, and she called his name Seth, saying, Because God has appointed me another seed in the place of Abel, for Cain has slain him.
  2. And Seth lived one hundred and five years, and he begat a son; and Seth called the name of his son Enosh, saying, Because in that time the sons of men began to multiply, and to afflict their souls and hearts by transgressing and rebelling against God.
  3. And it was in the days of Enosh that the sons of men continued to rebel and transgress against God, to increase the anger of the Lord against the sons of men.
  4. And the sons of men went and they served other gods, and they forgot the Lord who had created them in the earth: and in those days the sons of men made images of brass and iron, wood and stone, and they bowed down and served them.
  5. And every man made his god and they bowed down to them, and the sons of men forsook the Lord all the days of Enosh and his children; and the anger of the Lord was kindled on account of their works and abominations which they did in the earth.
  6. And the Lord caused the waters of the river Gihon to overwhelm them, and he destroyed and consumed them, and he destroyed the third part of the earth, and notwithstanding this, the sons of men did not turn from their evil ways, and their hands were yet extended to do evil in the sight of the Lord.
The flood of Noah was not just a rain caused flood, but was a total destruction by waters bursting forth from the fountains of the deep, rupturing the earth's surface with the force, and the waters being let out from above the heavens through openings in the heavens made for that purpose, and rushing down to "join" with the waters of the great deep by a polarized attraction which God made for them, so as to overwhelm the entire earth and to destroy it totally.
This is explained in 1 Enoch. It had never happened before and it will never happen again, as the rainbow is given as an oracle of that never happening again. Next time, though, God will destroy the world by fire, to cleanse it of all evil.

And no, the lives of man on earth were not "shortened and diminished" until after the fall of the tower of Babel, as the name of the son of Eber, "Yoktan" is the oracle of that fact.
Book of Jasher chapter 7:19,20
These are the generations of Shem; Shem begat Arpachshad and Arpachshad begat Shelach, and Shelach begat Eber and to Eber were born two children, the name of one was Peleg, for in his days the sons of men were divided, and in the latter days, the earth was divided.
And the name of the second was Yoktan, meaning that in his day the lives of the sons of men were diminished and lessened.

There are not "so many", compared to the population of the world, just as there are not so many "Genius's" born: Adam was a genius; Alexander the Great was a genius; and Leonardo Davinci was a genius -and so on. There are some, but not "so many" as to world population.
And anyone who reads actual news, not fabricated propaganda political spin that so many so called "news agencies" seem to exist for, is aware of the fact that there are always [continuous, that is, in the world population] reports of third -and even more- sets of teeth reported in human beings.

The key is to not ask any questions on how this can be, just accept it(can't be that hard if you can accept that 2 people can populate the earth). Christian apologetics on these things only raise more questions and lead to many many contradictions.
