In order to have a racial category he'd have to exist and then he'd also have to have human genetics and physical characteristics and the Bible doesn't claim he's a human being. It doesn't really matter anyway because he's a fictional being in the first place.
The Middle Eastern is the answer for location, not race. If he existed, which I have a question about, he would have been Jewish, which is a Middle Eastern based religion in origin, and I think in most cases would be defined as part of the white or Caucasian race, even if they might be a blend of several cultures.
There are races other than in our minds, and these differences should enrich our cultures, while expanding humanities ability to survive in hard times. Additionally there are many issues related to race and genetic origins with medical implications. We need to be aware of those factors, and recognize each race has strengths and weakness and work those factors for the betterment of humanity. The part in our minds mentioned in an earlier post is the prejudice caused by our own ignorance of other cultures. There is a cure for that too, it is called education.
