Basically I like the kind of life the Amish lead, rather manual and physical, they spend a lot of time outside, eat healthy, avoid drugs of any sort, have very little anonymity and crime...
If only they were not religious :
Are there any secular or even atheist groups deliberately leading similar lives, but without all the religious bogus?

Seems to me you could accommodate your simpler and healthier lifestyle with out the need to join a group.
If a group is that important you could use a site like Meetup.com
Do something, Learn something, Share something, Change something - Meetup.com to see if a group exists that meet your criterea if not start your own group.

oops, just noticed you are from Portugal, not sure if that link covers Europe,if not there must be a similar website for your area..http://www.google.ca/#hl=en&source=h...97e290a5a8e234

Me and my hubby want to do something like that at least once in our lives.

There's a great book called 'Never kiss a goat on the lips' that tells a story of a Washington DC 'city boy' who decides to start his own organic homestead. It's pretty interesting

I think there is some kind of secular "simplify your life"/"slowness" movement that may include atheists. Or several such movements. There have also been atheists/agnostics who are "primitivists." You see this on the fringes of environmentalism. Lastly I know of some utopian socialists or anarcho-socialists communes that might share some things you like in the Amish, but not religion.
