when obstacles get in your way, then maybe it wasn't meant to be?
For example, I have been trying to make a trip down to the south, because I may relocate down there, but everytime I want to make that trip, something comes up or my car starts acting up. Does this mean maybe it wasn't meant to happened, or that maybe the devil is trying to get in the way because I may have success going down there? Anyone ever think like this??

I say in life we make our own luck Meaning even when obstacles pop up I do not let them deter me from my chosen path.
The key is to be confident in your choices and then stay focused on doing what you have to do to accomplish your goals.
i believe in "signs" or whatever you want to call them. i dont like to force fate. when i was about to move down south, everything happened so easily for me--like never before, that i just knew it was the right thing. my parents on the other hand kept getting obstacles thrown in front of them, so i just told them to sit tight, its not time yet for them.

More likely you need to take it to a decent garage for a service.

"It wasn't meant to be. It's fate!". All a crock. I make things happen for myself, and don't put the blame on luck or fate.
When I made my move down here, I accepted a large amount of risk with the move. I'm still not out of the woods yet. It would have been much easier to stay where I was, in a comfortable, respected position, rather than starting all over again.
But you know what? I only live once, and what if never did crap for me, except make me feel bad. Do whatever it is you are comfortable with, and don't look back.
If you really want it, do it. Whatever is holding you back, is probably your own doubts. What if Edison had given up on the light bulb after the 200th failed attempt? What if Henry Ford hadn't built the model T, and gave up after his many failures before that?
