there are only 10 registered sex offenders in Minden and 29 in Gardnerville .
There are only 91 registered sex offenders in Carson (89701) . . . didn't bother fact checking the other 11 zip codes . . .

Have you tried your research in other cities within California, Oregon, Arizona, etc...to determine how similar sizes compare?
All you're doing is spitting out numbers without any reasonable comparison with other similar cities. There is no reference. Riverside zip code 92501 has 218 offenders. So Carson City is much better!!!
