will pull both credit score and charge application fee for both. but how to decide if to rent to them together?
some post mentioned that sinc eboth are on the lease, if the good credit one moved out, then it may be trouble?
some post mentioned that for tenant, if one as good credit, just use that one to apply and put the other one as live together, isn't this coonflict to the first post?
would like to hear different thoughts here.
both have good income so do not think payment will be an issue,,hopefully.
You should have screening policies that are always applied equally to every applicant. If you require a certain credit score from one, you should from everyone.
I would look at the items on the person with the "bad" credit's report. I would be overly concerned with items such as foreclosures or property repossessions. Also, this person with bad credit; what does their rental history look like? Have they ever been to housing court?
