Checking our lease I noticed that it says that it ends on June 30th at noon. Is that legal? Enforceable? (I just noticed that now that I took it out to enroll my kid in school).
I guess we'll be out in the morning whenever we move from here, but I don't like to have the restriction. Why, if I'm supposed to pay for a full month on my last month, do I need to rush? June 30th is still June till midnight.
Usually leases don't stipulate a time, only a date and thus one should be out by midnight of that day. However, since you signed the lease with a time constraint then that's what you have to abide by. I doubt it would be anything that would be covered by any superseding state law.
It could be they just want to make sure people are gone and check out during business hours. I doubt they dock someone for leaving at 1:30, at least I wouldn't.

You signed the lease. The assumption is that you read it and agreed to the conditions.
