Hi,
I have already gotten so much info and help from the old forum posts that I am hoping that someone can help me with some good advice. I am from he east coast and moving to ct for a job in Stamford. I have owned my condo in a city environment for 10 years so finding a decent rental property (not buying until I can sell my place which wont happen for a couple of years) is turning out to be a little difficult. I don't like the factories much as they feel a little too cheap for my tastes- though they aren't cheap at all! I have a pre-requisite to live within walking distance of eating, getting coffee, and a little retail. I think I have this narrowed down to downtown stamford and something off Greenwich ave.. I am ok with stamford but downtown really lacks any charm. I thought maybe by the beach in Stamford, but then it felt a little too desolate and in some areas a missed bag (too ritzy or a little sketchy). I adore Greenwich ave in greeenwich and would love to live near there, but are there places for a single 36 y/o female? I don't want to be the only one. Anyone know where I can find a similar demographic? Are there any areas that are not completely filled wroth families? I would love any insight and then will let my realtor hone in on the area. Many thanks for any advice!
Yep. I DM'd the moderator and suggested renaming it "Tenants and Landlords" forum. We'll see what happens.
That's a good idea. Perhaps with a comment that this is for general landlord/tenant issues. I was about to order both you and STT rubber stamps.
I would also like when tenants have questions they list their state as laws are much different state to state.
