I'd guess doing a Google would be the simple answer. Area, state, residential or commercial, house or apartment or both - the possibilities are endless.

Perhaps if your post had included some details to give other people a point of reference in which to offer advice, you would have received useful tips. However, your post was quite vague, and that seemed to encourage cranky responses. Hope it works out for you. Remember too that this forum is designed to address general landlord/tenant issues and, if you find something in the particular area you're looking into, then post any questions on the relevant CD state forum.
