I'm going to be moving out of my Las Vegas rental unit who I am renting from a private owner.

I paid 1 months rent as a security deposit about 2 years ago. Should I expect it back with interest (if nothing is deducted of course .. which I don't expect anything would be)?

I've tried looking online what the laws state, but can't seem to find a reference to this topic in Las Vegas.

No interest paid. Security returned assuming unit left in good condition. Consider asking your LL for a pre-moe out inspection and a list of any deficencies that you can correct. It's always cheaper than having the LL do it.
