Or they go in the attic and kick in the ceilings or rip out all the electric wire. I could fix the house in the video in 4-5 days
You notice they left the furniture............burn it or keep it ?

That is exactly what I thought as I watched the video. The tenant(s) were probably mentally ill, had substance abuse problems or perhaps both.

Didn't you notice all the empty gallon jugs of what I assume was cheap wine and all the empty beer cans lying around?

I have a feeling that the tenants were aware of the squallor they lived in, but they just didn't care about it.

Have seen and cleaned worst. As for a management company. Hope you have one that cares. I rehab one that was under a management company. $8000.00 and they left the electrical and plumbing. So, understand that it is about the tenant and checking in from time to time. Just being a landlord and collecting rent is just not enough these days, That fridge was not that bad. Wait till you puke after opening and have to wrap it in plastic to remove it.

Also ( if not suggested ) they seemed to have the hoarder mentality going on.

I mean, don't most of us throw away empty bottles, paper plates, trash ?

I have seen this on the Hoarders show, but the junk is stacked to the ceiling !

But this was far nastier .

The video is almost four years old, so what was the out come? Were you able recover for the any of the damages? Did you ever see the tenants again? How much did it cost to clean and fix?

I had one that cost me 4 grand....
