Contact the court and explain the details especially about demanding a month rent that the judge denied, about the con on her with the claim of a new management company, and that he is refusing to accept the rent. Ask them if you can depsoit the rent into the corts escrow account. And while at it, I agree see if you can get some court order keeping the LL away from you or calling you. Next grab a copy of your state LL Tenant laws and see if they have anything about harasment or retalitory evictions.

we was told by a lawyer & the local police do not have any contact what so ever with the ll due to all the harassment & lawyer said only send a written demand letter stating you are with holding the rent due to a roof having a leak. we can afford to pay the rent. money is not a issue. he just never does anything by law

And did you send that letter? Be very careful about withholding rent as that's not something you do unless you know what you're doing and how to do it. I don't care what you were told by a lawyer - you need to pay a lawyer and have him or her represent you at this stage of the game. Obtaining a restraining order doesn't entail your having "any contact whatsoever with the LL". Please think this all over very carefully as it could well come back and bite you.

Here is a link to the laws related to repairs, including the process involved in withholding rent:

In my opinion it really is beyond the time when you should utilize the services of an attorney.
