. Today I called the Court House to cancel one of the writ of possessions...the tenants left... they actually left it clean and no garbage left behind...this was the best eviction ever...but what a bunch of stupid people... Now they have a eviction in their name, lost their last month rent and lost their security deposit and left before the first month of non-payment was over.

The other eviction will be a mess, we drove by and the garbage is every where and they a still there, but their cell phones have been cut off...these are the "funny" people who we would have worked with if they wouldn't have avoided us for the last weeks, that's why we filed right away.

Again to all tenants...many LL are willing to listen and perhaps to work with a tenant if they are honest and it is something that is going to be a one time issue...but ignoring the LL will not ell any tenant and over here the filing fees have been lowered so it is very easy to get someone out.
