Well, of course it depends on the coverage. A 15k coverage won't be enough to pay for a fire. Didn't know the insurance would sue you. I mean, that's why there's insurance for accidents. Not like he set it on fire intentionally.
state farm and triple a insurance are TERRIBLE. we had a crazy storm here last year and it uprooted a reall old tree down the street, needless to say it destroyed my parents' privacy fence and then also caused significant damage to at least 5 other peoples yards.
triple a dropped my parents and they only filed one claim.
state farm doesnt like to pay out but will raise your rates even if you have zero claims on your account.
triple a also wont cover you unless you get more than one kind of insurance from them.
