They are schedule to come back tomorrow but overnite it sounds like the pipe REALLY opened up. It no longer sounds like running water but a pipe spraying at full force. I called the LL and they said, Ok, we'll be out tomorrow as we said. Unless you see water we won't be coming out today. I'm amazed we aren't seeing water yet. It sounds like Niagara Falls in my place right now.

Sorry that you have to go through this. Ask them again to relocate you to another unit. It's not fair for you to live in a construction zone and it'd be easier for them to work freely.

That would have been nice. The pipe was leaking a foot away from where it did last time. Only here two days this time because they just clamped it off and said the clamp will hold for years and years. Needless to say our house hunt is picking up speed. I don't wanna be here when it happens again.

Well, one week later it appears the clamp failed or the pipe sprung a new leak. They will be back Monday to start jack hammering my floor for a fourth time.

I want to cry.

The landlord probably wants to cry too. He's got to pay the bill.

Maybe they fix it for good this time. Very sorry for you to have to go through this while living there. Must be terrible.

Are you looking to buy something soon and move soon. That would be nice for you.

Thanks for keeping this updated. Maybe you tell us you have earnest money on a new place soon.
