The boyfriend and I rent a 2 bedroom duplex from a elderly lady who was sweet when we moved in almost a year ago. I think her age or the stress of having so many properties is getting to her. She owns all of the duplexes on our side of the street and a bunch else where. Anyways I called a month or so ago to tell her our kitchen faucet was dripping and left a message. She calls me back and I missed the call. The message she left me rendered me speechless for a moment.. Shes said " Well you guys must of done something to make to it drip" HUH how is that even possible.. I called her back and politely explained that we didnt do anything to the water faucet but its still dripping. She says shell get with her plumber and call me back.. Didnt hear anything... Anyways I let it go till we got what we owe on the water bill and it from 6 dollars to 20 dollars for 2 people. I called her again and got voice mail told her the dripping had got worse and something needed to be done. Her plumber called me back with 5 minutes. When he showed up to fix it he told he, he told her the same thing that we couldnt of done anything to the faucet to make it drip. He was there 5 Minutes total and fixed it... So I swear the lady is nuts and that was a big hassle for something that could be fixed in 5 minutes

If you think that story translates to "nuts" or "senile" I hate to see what happens when you actually encounter a LL that fits that description.
