If I were giving advice to the LL, I'd encourage him to find a new tenant (one who isn't pregnant) and hold onto the place a while longer before putting it on the market. Your situation is unfortunate and I feel bad for both you and the LL in trying to deal with the selling of the house. Trying to sell it in this market is tough, but trying to do so with the (reasonable given your condition) restrictions you are requesting will make it even tougher.

yes there is no law to stop the ll from listing and selling. sorry get over it
