Family with two little kids need to relocate to start school this Fall in CC.
Oldest is entering kinder at El Marino and we have been looking for something between Sunkist and downtown for 2 months. Besides studios and 1 bedrooms, we have found nothing posted on Westside Rentals or Craigslist.
I feel that our expectations are realistic...at least a 2 bed/ 1 bath up to $3200. So before giving up, is there something special about rentals in CC...do families in the area stay put until summer break or are offerings limited year round?
There is a lot more housing available around the city of CC (Palms, Mar Vista, Marina Del Rey)...any recommendations on neighboring cities that are family friendly. We know El Marino has families from around the district and even students from other cities, but we would like our child to make school friends and not have to commute a long way to make that happen.
