Here it is. The lot is 50 x 144.88. The block wall is 6 feet high on three sides, and three feet high with in 30 feet of the street. The gravel driveway is 16 x 90. I've considered landscaping rock on the rest of the lot, and would definitely never put in grass. That is a bank HQ building across the stree, and they do not have access to my cul-de-sac from their parking garage. They are actually great neighbors, and the building is west of me, providing a little relief from the sun in the very long hot season.

The homes looks very clean. You will get your premium easily based on location and the clean home and the privacy.

Someone that works within walking distance might want to rent. they could walk to work and walk home for lunch. the money savings on gas and commute time is awesome. and no grass to cut. awesome.

You might even get a high paid person that lives far away (and has large home). this person might rent your place for a place to stay during the week because they work nearby

wonder if your property can eventually be sold for development of an office building or condos. seems a commerical location and the land could be worth big$ if rezoned. a developer might contact you and neighboring properties to buy a large parcel of several individual lots and get them all rezoned.

another rent option is an office for an insurance agency or something. if this is possible with zoning. the parking is there. maybe get primo price for that also.

you have a good investment.

It peaked at 175K in early 2007. I paid 18,500 in 11-2010.

You did great. Congrats. Did you fix up the place? Looks like new paint and new sliding windows and maybe new trim/stucco? Does it look as nice on the inside?

See if there is a bulletin board or classifieds newsletter for the hospital that is across the street and also the bank office building. Someone that works there would be a great renter. Get a flyer posted there and put a small map with the location noted as across the street/walking distance.
