My new landlord only had the first two pages of lease

If you signed on page 2 and didn't see any more pages, then all you are obligated to is whatever is on those 2 pages.
My rental agreement, which is a darn good one, is only 2 pages long. Then there are additional disclosures, required by Oregon law: smoke alarm, lead paint, separate pet agreement, that sort of thing.
I have double copies of everything and tenant and I sign both copies and the tenant gets his copies at the time of signing. I suggest to the new tenant that they take lots of photos at the time, for proof of condition. (I've already taken my photos before they move in)
Get a copy of the pages that you signed and read, ask the LL to sign off that this was the entire lease you agreed upon. He may be nice enough now to comply....Later it may be a problem
Thanks for all the advice. For what its worth the last sentence on page two that was cut off was scribbled out and replace with a hand written caption that says "this is the end".
