Jailarity ensues in future articles, I'm sure..

I'm not talking about SoFLGal in particular, but, as a buyer, how do you know that a realtor really represents your interests instead of keeping the best deals "in the family"?

And so, while I agree with bentlebee, it didn't happen.
But it did happen, it's just didn't happen the way the media is playing it out or how the kid thinks it works.

I'm waiting for my 13 year old to turn 14 so all rental properties can be put under his name and in trust (when his siblings reach 14, we will re-do the paperwork to include all of them) and his tuition (eventually all 3) will be paid out from the trust and possibly another RE purchase in trust...

This little girl is clueless and her parents must be famewhores b/c this is NOTHING new.

It's been going on forever.

1985: Hey Sawdust? Yes mommy? You're 14, sign this. Ok Mom!

Hopefully this little girl who thinks she owns a house doesn't end up hating her parents when she's 18.

What is the benefit of doing it that way? Avoiding taxes or what? And I suppose the girl has to rely on the mom to voluntarily turn over the house when she turns 18, since she doesn't legally own it?
