Ok ok. I'll keep playing. You can only use the recording if you and the landlord knew the conversation was being recorded per CA law. If the landlord didn't know then not only can it not be played in court, you could face criminal charges. If that happens you can kiss your teaching career goodbye.
he left it on my voicemail it did cut off half way thru but that doesn't matter does it? He said we didn't do a walk thru since I wasn't around and that its not his job to be my dad and tell me what to do. That I told him I would clean and make sure the place was ok. But we did do a walk thru and he said things were fine so he lies. And he is also saying i broke the toilet handle again and left pee in the bowl, I didn't but I guess there is a picture but that could be taken anytime. And he sent me receipt copy but he could have just bought one to buy one

The court clerk said we each could only move the case one time. He moved his because hes kids or wifes Dr appoinment got cancer or something and he moved it to my first day back to work!!! So i moved it 3 more weeks out. Thats it it cant be moved too bad for him
And if that letter she refused was to advise that the court had changed the date - well ...
