I just wanted to update on my flooring, we had then put in today (not mopped yet :-)) but they are much better than the carpet, and to the person who said we were disgusting tenants and could only imagine how dirty we lived.. Yeah, not so much..

Yes a guy is coming out this fri to fix both since the second one,although in perfect condition has the same colored paint which means its a matter of time

Word of advice, you can't "mop" wood floors. Be sure to use wood floor cleaners or you'll ruin the new flooring.

Yes I know it was just easier to say mopped instead if swiffer-ing.. If that's a word
