Suing landlord in Texas

How malicious of you to not want to pay for her new wood floors lol! I love that she sent you receipts for new wood floors and wood floor mops, etc. She's going to look like such an idiot! No lawyer will be able to save her from that. I'm surprised she found a lawyer willing to shame him/herself in court representing her. Not going to make a good impression on the judge. If anyone is wasting the court's time - it is obviously her.

You might want to just talk to a lawyer. I bet she'd have to pay your lawyer's fees for you.

I need help..can someone email me and walk me thru what i should to sue my landlord
I gave her 1300$&& signed the lease and she promised me she was going to fix some major things here and she hasmt ive been here for 12 days..and she has only came once to stop by and run out because she seen me already cleaning that filthy house

Please...I beg of you. It's "I saw"..."She saw me." Not SEEN.

I say this because if you are going to speak/email a LL etc as soon as you say "I seen"... it's over. You will be written off.
