At this point, I don't care to disclose the reason for my question. It has nothing to do with personal property, but rather, to repeated refusal to address an on-site employee who creates unsafe conditions for tenants. I would rather they fix the problem than wait for someone to be seriously injured.

I'm guessing a little warning from their insurance provider might get their attention.

Calling or getting hold of the actual owners of the apartment community would remedy your issue quicker. Usually when our Corporate owners need us to do something we jump and quick!

You can find the owners usually on the property website, if it is a fee managed property, the management company should be listed with a link to them as well.

Even were you able to find the insurance carrier I think it more than highly unlikely that they'd even entertain writing to the insured. As already said, your concerns should be addressed in writing (and preferably by return receipt certified mail) to the property management company.

Other than contacting your own insurance agent and asking him if he can find out, I don't know what else you would do. I know your agent can find out but I doubt he will relay that information to you, since it is none of your business and it a violation of the property owner's privacy.

You would have better results by contacting the owner of record of the property. You can get that information from the assessor's office. If management is doing something that would cause liability, the owner should be interested in hearing about it.
