Yes maybe someone can help me.i am selling a rental property and have sent a cert. Letter to the renters. What can i do if any if they dont move in 30 days. Thank you

Maybe let them stay until their lease runs out? Unless you like getting your ass sued.

Do they have a lease? If it's month to month and you served them 30 day notice you will have to evict if they don't leave.

If they are month to month and that was a legal notice, if they don't leave you have to file an eviction for overstay.

If you get a judge to grant the eviction, he will give a court order for them to leave and you set a date with your local sheriff to enforce the court order and toss the tenant and their belongings out into the street. Be prepared to change the locks the second they and all their stuff are out.

In some jurisdictions, you have to provide your own crew to carry their stuff out and set it on the curb while the sheriff supervises.
