Need help filling out rental application section 8 (apartment, tenant, house)

On the last page of rental application for section 8 their is a 3 blank section to fill out for putting. They look like this:

Before that it says to Print the tenant name and Tenant's signature & Date which I already did for myself. But, What do I put in these 3 blank sections? PLEASE HELP ME as I need to do this ASAP!

NOTHING! LL fills that part out.

I'm only guessing you would leave that for your landlord to fill out. Check with your caseworker.

Agreed, you go pay a visit to your landlord/prospective landlord and have them fill that part out. My Housing Authority doesn't use that exact same form, but there is always something for the LL to sign. I think I usually sign 3 different forms before the process is complete.

You said you have to do this ASAP. Be aware the housing process is not necessarily fast. I've found it takes between 3 weeks and 2 months in my area for a tenant to be approved for a property (once they are already on section 8). I once had one approved in a week, but that was exceptionally fast.

By approved, you mean they MOVE-IN the house/apartment within 3 weeks or 2 months?

Wow, thats quick! Here is takes 6mo to a year OR longer for ANY low income or section 8/HUD. I had to wait almost 2yrs on low income (i didnt end up taking it though).

I specifically said "once they are already on section 8". I'm talking about how long it takes to get approved for a specific property once you are in the program. I assume you are talking about how long it takes to get into the program in the first place.
