Hey guys. I'm moving from Orlando to Brooklyn soon and was wondering what the average pet deposit was in the Brooklyn area? A lot of things I'm seeing only charges for pets 50+ pounds, mine being only about 20 pounds (Pug). Any insight would be helpful. thanks!

Most landlords charge a $300-$500 non-refundable fee per pet, regardless of the size. Many will also charge a monthly "pet rent".
