It really is too bad there isn't a best thread on all of C-D contest. This one would win hands down!!

Where is the property located....this is a worthy cause for a weekend flash mob repair party if I ever saw one! Kind of unrealistic, but definitely worthy.

Wow! I agree with Southbel that it's a shame there isn't a "best thread" contest here at C-D - it would definitely win.

Hang in there Cwaggy - hopefully the 10 days will be up very soon and she will actually be out of your hair once and for all.

I've got a few suspect towns/cities as to where the OP lives in mind...

In preparation for court, I needed to print out all the emails she sent me including attachments. 286 pages of unique content including a 22 page lawsuit the town had filed against it which has absolutely nothing to do with me...except according to her well...you're not paranoid when they really are out to get you, eh? No really people this is CRAZYTOWN. Then she was sent to my attorney, who then received another 226 emails in 45 days. Once she's out she has no leverage AND she also broke the lease, in technical terms will owe me the cost of the vacancy period until I re-rent it. It will be hard to scrub all the emails around this since her crisis inevitably encompassed the entire town with her sending fusillades of emails to the fire inspector, the police chief, the town manager, the board of health, the planning board, the plumbing inspector, the electrical inspector...it will once again be nice quiet town when she leaves this week. I will try and post up some stuff without giving up where we are and the names of any town officials named in emails. Some of it is priceless except you are seeing the mind machinations of a deranged individual. Stay tuned we go to court in about 10 days.

226 emails. Is she still saying she'll vacate in 10 days?

Has she actually vacated yet or no? If not, I would be prepared for her to not do so. I don't think her saying something is indicative of what she will actually do given her past actions and behavior.

Holy smokes, I am so not even believing all of this! I mean I am, but you know...

Can we all assume the new tenant, whomever that will be, will get every background check known to man? Or are you going to sell the unit and be done with it?

Or write a novel that will become a NY Times best seller, based on true events?
