Yes. And there's no references to be given. This is the same LL that we warned via the RE Agent but after he personally interviewed her he bought her sob story and leased to her. She also waived her right to sue the LL and the RE Agent who was apparently dragged into allegations of fraud and misrepresentation. She's also prohibited from calling and/or harassing any of the LLs tradespeople. A clear pattern here....she's not just looney but a serial scammer.

Just as an aside to some of the posters here who mentioned that they had read all 112 pages (or something like that), you can make reading long threads a little easier by changing your settings to 40 posts per page. Go to My Settings, choose Edit options from the list on the left, then scroll down to Thread Display options, and in the third box down you can change it to show 40 posts per page. I have that setting and the entire thread is only 12 pages through today.

SO the saga continues, with her continued violation of the court agreement to 1- not contact the owner 2 - pay rent. Apparently she has accused the owner of being a pedophile, stalking her and oh right ... the January rent must have been lost in the mail. She continues to harass him with texts, emails and apparently he had to take out a No Trespassing on her as she was driving up to his home and parking there while she texted him from the driveway. In the 12 days since the agreement, she's made numerous violations. She's pure evil, a psycho.
As to the suggestion that the newspaper (local) would be interested in this story....interesting idea but as my grampy said to me "In my obscurity lies my security" and I'm not sure I'd want to give her any possible ammo for a defamation lawsuit (as meritless as it would be) or deal with her in any way at all by going public. I've got her so far in my rear-view mirror by now that I'd really hate to revisit any of this again. Agreed, she has to be stopped but she's making her demise, eventually.
