no need to quit your appts..Mickey D's has a flexible schedule. I know this advice, and any other advice you're given, is going to fall on deaf ears and you're going to come up excuse after excuse. You have bad credit because of choices you made. You're poor because you refuse to work. You sit in your 'apt' (personally I think it's your mom's basement) and whine and complain about everything, but aren't willing to make some changes that will positively change your life.
You want someone to hand you money so you can pay off your debt. You want someone to give you a 50k job so you can move into a unit that you feel you deserve. Guess what? You only deserve what you can afford and right now all you can afford is where you are. Get a real job and you can afford that unit you think you so rightly deserve
Apparently, NOT filing bankruptcy 10+ years ago was a bad decision, if I had renounced my debts then I would have decent credit today.
Guess walking away from your debts is a good decision now.
Not my mom's basement, she was a druggie and I was handed off to drunks.
Then try Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, Sonic, Checkers, dunkin donuts, Taco Bell, Subway, pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, 7-11, Hardee's...etc. Even local diners drug stores and supermarkets have night hours.
Of course you'll reply that you've tried all these places.
* SRO=SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY=1 PERSON
* FURNISHED ROOM [what, 10 x 8 ?]
* SHARE KITCHEN [oh such joy, I guess I can forget about refrigerating food]
* EUROPEAN SHARED BATHROOM [??? WTF is this? is it better than an American shared bathrm?]
* FIRST 5 WEEKS $150 + UTILITIES [5 week minimum = $750 plus the kitchen utilities?]]
* LIVE STREAM/OAK TREES [and a high-speed major arterial]
* FREE CABLE/INTERNET
* EASY BUS TO CITY CENTER [if you like a 45-minute crowded bus ride]
* SMOKE FREE [except for what comes out of kitchen]
* ALCOHOL & DRUG FREE ZONE [that's not what the city says]
* NO VISITORS/GUESTS []
* NO ANIMALS
Well, it depends where it is. In the SF Bay Area, this would be a steal. This would be somewhere a person with low income would move, while they waited on a waiting list for decent subsidized housing and/or a Section 8/HUD voucher.

Well I did try Domino's and 7-11, but when they didn't bite, I decided to quit while I was behind.,

where in this thread, or anywhere else, have I ever said that? I think filing bankruptcy is copout and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. My point is this, you made your bed and now you're lying on a huge lump and blaming everyone, but yourself, for your current situation.
You have 10 yr old debt because you CHOOSE to have 10 yr old debt. Quit whining and complaining and get up off your duff and do something constructive.

The usual MO. Don't get that "one" or two in this case, so you quit. Instead of continuing on until you DO succeed. You certainly live in an environment of your own making.....
Oh goody, its the "I can't do this, I can't do that, the world is such a hard place, I cant do anything, wahh..." poster.
