This.

Mold is the new Boogeyman. Most of it is not in any way harmful. It exists in nature. You breathe it every single day.

We had water damage in a unit with a leaky toilet that was thousands of dollars to repair and we did it as soon as we got a report about a leak. We have had inspections and mold remediation. The tenants still refuse to believe that the place is not a hazard. People are nuts about this stuff. It's ridiculous.

How well do the test kits work?
If damage is behind panelled walls, etc. ?

If it is dangerous mold, will the test specify that?
