Find an attorney. But ... it's not a sure thing and it might not work in Florida:

For a contract to be binding, there must be consideration. Consideration is a legal term meaning goods/money. In this case, there is no money paid and no key was given to them. It's possible that's an out.

But that's exactly why an attorney is needed.

Florida Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service - usually by county or by large city - e.g. Miami Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service, etc.

But she did sign it and it had to say lease on it and not application. A lease says lease and looks like a lease and spells out the terms and conditions of the lease.

Sadly ignorance is not a valid excuse in a court of law.
